Thank you for visiting the Kudzu Bodywork website! 

My name is Scott McPheeters, and my mission as a bodywork practitioner is to help facilitate a natural unwinding of restrictions that accumulate in the body through an integration of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Myofascial Release. 

I  graduated from the 702-hour Massage  Program at the Massage Arts Center of Philadelphia in the Fall of 2009. Upon graduating, I continued my bodywork studies with Myofascial Release practitioner Linda Gerber and, in the Spring of 2010, became certified in  Advanced Myofascial Release Technique. In May of 2010, I founded my private practice, Kudzu Bodywork, which is located in the Ease Healing Studio at 1518 Walnut Street, Suite 1000. 


In addition to being a Massage Therapist, I have a B.A. in Theater and Dance from Dickinson College. Since moving to Philadelphia in the Fall of 2004, I have worked for professional dance companies including Nichole Canuso Dance Company, Headlong Dance Theater, Kun-Yang Lin / Dancers, Melanie Stewart Dance Theater, Subcircle, BoanDanz Action, MacArthur Dance Projects, and Enchantment Theater Company.
